UPDATE: It took a few rounds of back-and-forth with support, but they finally processed my refund. I want to thank the founder for stepping in to resolve this personally. I genuinely want to see Opinly succeed, but their cancellation UI absolutely needs to be fixed.

Joined the trial today. It's got some nice stuff. [Update 25.2.26] Opinly have cancelled my subscription as per my request. They handled the process well and communication was very good.

After posting my review and escalating the issue, the company responded and processed a full refund. I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the matter... the issue has now been closed.
